According to mythology, Shree Hanuman ji was born on the full moon day of Chaitra month on Tuesday. The king of monkeys, Kesri was the father of Shri Hanuman Ji and Anjana was the mother of Hanuman. There were 6 sons of Anjna Mata, of which Shree Hanuman is the first and eldest son. So, He is also known as Kesari Nandan. Hanumanji is also known as Pawanputra.
