Kausani

Kausani village is located 6075 feet high above sea level in the Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand. It is an amazing hill station and a famous tourist place where people often visit to spend their leisure holidays. You can see the beautiful hill peaks, Nanda Devi hill, and in winter snow-covered hilltops which attracts tourists. It is also known as the Switzerland of India due situated between the Kosi and Gomati rivers.

Anasakti Ashram, Gandhi Ashram, Kausani Tea Estate, Rudradhari waterfall, Sumitranandan Pant Government, Pinath Mandir, Baijnath Mandir, and Someshwar Temple are the nearest attractions. By road from Delhi, it will take 10 to 11 hours and 430 km via Nh9. Kathgodam is the nearest railway station of Kausani and flight Delhi to Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun.
